Purchase and activation
4HSE is a SaaS (Software as a Service). To use it, you need to activate a plan, choosing between the Corporate or Professional offer. The fee varies based on the offer, selected plan and subscription duration.
4HSE Plans represent the service subscriptions. They include full access to all main features, updates, infrastructure maintenance, and technical support. For more details, check the Offer section or contact us.
4HSE offers Corporate Plans for companies of any size or sector, and Professional Plans for HSE consultants and external RSPPs. Each offer is based on the number of managed employees.
Corporate Plans allow the management of a single legal entity and are defined by the number of employees. Contact us to find the best solution for your company.
Professional Plans allow the management of multiple companies and employees with dedicated tools. They are designed for consultants and RSPPs working with several clients. Contact us to find the right plan.
Yes, 4HSE Plans can be modified according to your needs. Contact us for support.
Activation is done through advance payment. Plans can be renewed monthly, annually, or for multiple years.
Pricing and payments
Payment can be made by credit card for any plan. Bank transfer is available only for annual or multi-year plans.

No, RIBA/SEPA Direct Debit (SDD) payment are currently not supported.

Yes. Each client can request one free trial. At the end of the trial, data will be deleted unless a plan is activated. To request it: Contact us.
Cancellation and support
Cancellation is governed by Article 7 of the Terms of Service.
If the service is not renewed, your data is stored for a limited time and then securely deleted. A backup can be requested before deletion.
An account can be suspended if the Terms of Service are violated or the subscription is not renewed. Suspension is not permanent: it can be reactivated within 90 days by paying the due amount.

4HSE is a cloud-based SaaS platform for managing occupational health and safety compliance. It provides integrated tools to centralise HSE management, assess risks, plan prevention and protection activities, manage documentation and track deadlines, all aimed at simplifying workflows and ensuring regulatory compliance.
4HSE is designed for public and private organisations (PA, SMEs, corporates) of all sizes, as well as safety professionals such as RSPPs, HSE consultants, professional studios and SGI managers.
There is no user limit: you can enable as many users as needed, at no additional cost.
No. 4HSE is a complete and integrated solution. All features are included in the selected offer (Corporate or Professional) to manage every aspect of H&S in a single work environment.
Access and usability
4HSE requires no installation. It is fully cloud-based: all you need is an internet connection and a modern browser to access from any device.
Yes. The 4HSE mobile app allows employees to view their safety status (training, PPE, medical exams), access documents (manuals, instructions, certificates) and submit reports in real time.
Yes. With the Professional offer, 4HSE allows you to create and manage HSE projects for multiple companies independently and centrally.
Structure and tools
The Professional Tool enables consultants and workgroups to manage multiple companies in an organised way, with personalised access and centralised control features.
It is an automated list of expiring activities (training, exams, PPE, etc.), generated from project data. It can be exported in CSV or iCal format and is fully interactive.
It is a dynamic list of scheduled activities, synchronised with project data. It allows fast viewing, interaction, and export in CSV or iCal format.
Integrations and interoperability
Yes. 4HSE provides modern and well-documented REST APIs, allowing integration with external systems (ERPs, CRMs, LMSs, etc.).
Document and procedure management
Yes. 4HSE lets you organise files and folders within projects or sites, link them to any entity (training, PPE, medical exams, etc.), and keep the company document archive tidy.
Yes. Documents can be stored at project level (shared across sites) or at individual site level (visible internally only), ensuring flexibility and control.
Yes. 4HSE supports the creation and structured management of all company procedures, with options to attach documents, assign responsibilities and schedule reviews.
User, role and organisation management
Yes. 4HSE supports multi-user access with advanced permissions. You can assign specific roles per project, site or activity type.
Yes. Each user can be linked to a real person, enabling traceability of actions and personalised access to relevant information.
Yes. The system lets you define roles and responsibilities in the HSE organisational chart, linking people to specific roles such as RSPP, ASPP, supervisors or operational contacts.
Training and certifications
Yes. 4HSE manages courses, sessions, attendees, results and certificates. It can also record previous certifications, monitor deadlines and schedule updates automatically.
Yes. The system allows you to archive and link externally issued certificates, keeping them integrated into company processes.
Yes. Notifications and summary digests (daily, weekly, monthly) can be set for predefined or specific users.
PPE and equipment
Yes. The system allows you to assign PPE, track deliveries, monitor expiry dates and generate delivery certificates automatically.
Yes. Environments, equipment, machines and substances can be catalogued, monitored and linked to procedures, PPE, training and maintenance.
Yes. You can define roles, phases and homogeneous groups of workers to associate them with training, PPE and specific procedures.

Accessibility and interoperability
Yes. The mobile app allows staff to stay updated on deadlines, documents and assigned tasks, even while on the move.
Yes. The system allows you to define roles and responsibilities for the company’s HSE structure, linking individuals to specific roles like RSPP, ASPP, supervisors or reference figures.
User access and control
Access is allowed only to users authorised and provided with personal credentials (email and password). Each user has access exclusively to the information related to their authorised contexts.
Yes. 4HSE supports multi-user access with detailed permissions. Specific roles can be assigned to each project, site, or activity.
Yes. Each user can be linked to a real person, enabling more traceable and customised access.
Data protection and compliance
4HSE uses a security management system compliant with ISO/IEC 27001. Data is stored on AWS servers (Ireland, EU), encrypted at rest, with daily backups and Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies in place.
Yes. 4HSE is fully compliant with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). It acts as a Processor on behalf of the Client (Controller), handling data solely for technical and operational purposes. Data is never collected or used by 4HSE for its own purposes.
Yes. Users may request access, modification, deletion, portability; object to processing; revoke consent. Requests should be sent to: info@4hse.com or support@4hse.com.
SaaS platform data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) – Ireland (EU). Commercial data is on Odoo – France/Belgium. Payment data is on Chargebee and Stripe (EU).
It depends on the context:
• Commercial: name, surname, email, role, company, phone.
• Service access: email and activity logs.
• Billing: company tax data, payment method.
Retention ranges from 12 to 24 months for commercial data and 10 years for operational logs, in line with regulatory requirements.

Yes. 4HSE is a CSP (Cloud Service Provider) accredited by ACN (National Cybersecurity Agency) as a cloud services provider for the Public Administration.
Data management and retention
Only in specific cases: upon client request for technical assistance or to ensure secure service operation. Every access is logged and subject to strict policy controls.
Clients can disable auto-renewal independently. If the service is terminated, data is retained in backups for 100 days, then securely deleted unless required otherwise by law.
Yes. A request can be sent to support@4hse.com for permanent deletion.
Support and responsibilities
Support is provided through a ticketing system available within the platform: initial response and diagnosis via ticket or phone, estimated time of resolution (ETA) communicated, response provided on a best-effort SLA model.
The Client is responsible for securely managing users and data, reporting incidents, not using the service for illegal purposes, and complying with contractual terms and applicable laws.
The Client must promptly notify 4HSE via sysadmin@4hse.com in cases of: unauthorised access, data loss or compromise, or security breaches. 4HSE will assist in mitigating the impact and initiating any required notifications to authorities.
