1. AI Transparency (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 – AI Act)

This use is distinct from the generative AI features integrated into the 4HSE SaaS product itself, which are governed by Article 10 of the Terms of Service.
- Content published before August 2, 2026 does not fall within the scope of the labeling obligations under Article 50 of the AI Act and is therefore not labeled.
- Starting from August 2, 2026, AI-generated demonstrative images published on this website carry the following caption: “AI generated”.
- All published content remains subject to human editorial review before publication.
