The Information and Documentation process provides a controlled flow to create, associate, and distribute HSE documentation. Customizable templates, report editors, and an integrated text editor standardize content and format; the unlimited archive with versioning and the ability to link every attachment to digital certificates, workers, and professional contexts transform files into structured evidence, ready for DVR, scheduler, and audits. Sharing via App/Agenda ensures that the information reaching the operator is contextual and usable on the move.
