Operational sequence

The 4HSE APP digitalizes external operations, offering workers a personal agenda complete with deadlines and documents. Thanks to the multimedia interaction system for reporting events, field information perfectly integrates the management system, ensuring traceability in every work context.

  1. APP Configuration and Onboarding

    • Enable the worker account and link the profile to the corporate context (job role, location, preventive plan).
    • Activate the personal agenda and scheduler with visualization of compliance obligations and reference attachments (certificates, qualifications).
    • Define notification rules for events and deadlines.
  2. Personal Scheduler and Attachment Management

    • View personal deadlines and schedules with access to original attachments (certificates, fitness documents).
    • Maintain synchronization with the central scheduler so that every update is immediately reflected in KPIs and the DVR (Risk Assessment Document).
  3. Event Reporting and Evidence Collection

    • Activate the interaction system for reporting non-conformity, incidents, accidents, and near-misses with the possibility of attaching photos, videos, documents, and surveys.
    • Guide the compilation with mandatory fields and metadata (location, activity, people involved) to ensure evidence usable in investigations.
    • Reports are associated with the operational context and allow for verification and correction workflows.
  4. Operational Interaction and Data Flow

    The APP integrates the field with governance: the operator has a single interface to comply with personal obligations, report events with evidence, and consult documentation; management receives contextualized data that feeds the management system and is usable for reports and informed, verifiable decisions. The introduction of the worker badge (D.l.159/2025) will expand nominal identification and traceability of mobile activities.
