v2.49.0: Updates and New Features in 4HSE

Version 2.49.0 of 4HSE introduces two important improvements for those who organize and carry out prevention activities: the ability to issue certificates directly from mobile devices and the introduction of structured forms linked to actions.

The main updates focus on issuing certificates directly from mobile devices and introducing structured forms connected to actions — tools designed to support the daily work of RSPP, HSE Managers, technicians, and operational managers.

Certificates from Mobile

With v2.49.0, certificates can now be issued directly from smartphones or tablets using the same application.

This makes it possible to formalize an activity at the exact moment it is performed, without postponing registration until returning to the office.

This is particularly relevant for activities such as:

  • PPE delivery: immediate generation of the delivery certificate.
  • Maintenance tasks: certification of task completion directly on the machine or system.
  • Emergency procedures: certification of on-site practical drills, ensuring full alignment between the event and its documentation.

The operator can complete the activity, fill in any associated forms, and immediately generate the certificate, including any attachments collected on site.

Structured Forms Linked to Actions

Version 2.49.0 introduces the ability to associate a structured form with a specific prevention action.

The form guides the operator during the execution of the activity, ensuring that each check is carried out following a consistent and shared method.

By linking a form to an action:

  • the operational method is standardized
  • discrepancies are reduced
  • documentation traceability is improved

Once completed, the form becomes an integral part of the documentation generated for that activity.

Forms can be created by the organization or based on provided templates, adapting to different operational contexts.

Version 2.49.0 was developed to address a concrete need: ensuring that the same activity is always performed using the same method and documented at the moment it occurs — two essential elements for those responsible for organizing and overseeing prevention processes.
