Version 2.48.0 of 4HSE introduces several improvements designed to simplify supplier management, enhance the schedule, and provide more practical support tools within the documentation.
📋 Supplier list accessible from the Desktop
The Suppliers icon has been added directly to the Desktop, allowing immediate access to the supplier list based on the permissions assigned to the user profile.
This new approach simplifies daily operations for dedicated users, who can now review schedules, certificates, and related activities without navigating through the main project menu, improving efficiency in monitoring external suppliers.
✅ Control over certificate approvals
The new approval system ensures that prevention actions associated with suppliers become valid only after review and confirmation by a project manager.
Thanks to this workflow, certificates uploaded by external parties (suppliers) do not immediately change the status of the related action in the schedule, keeping the entire validation process fully under control.

✅ “Only my actions” filter in the schedule
To improve operational management, the schedule has been enhanced with the “Only my actions” filter.
This feature allows users to focus exclusively on the activities assigned to them, making it easier to track personal responsibilities and reducing the risk of oversights in safety planning.
🔔 Notifications for activities with “New” status
Within the notification and digest settings, a new option has been introduced: “Include activities with status ‘New’ in notifications”.
When enabled, this filter allows users to receive alerts for activities in the New status. Although not yet overdue, these items represent pending tasks that require immediate attention.
By treating the New status in the same way as Overdue for digest notifications, the platform ensures that no new activity goes unnoticed, increasing overall compliance control.
🛠️ Technical support: new “Troubleshooting” section
The official 4HSE documentation has been expanded with a new “Troubleshooting” section.
This area provides practical guidance for handling the most common issues and will be progressively enriched with additional technical guides to support daily operations on the platform.
