New Interface for Permission Management

Discover how the new 4HSE user interface simplifies permission management, offering more precise and intuitive control for administrators.

With version 2.45.0 of 4HSE, a new user interface for permission management has been introduced. This update, designed to improve efficiency and clarity, makes configuring permissions simpler and more intuitive for all our users.

Permission management is crucial for security and corporate compliance. In 4HSE, each user is an individual account that can view information, input data, and use platform features based on the permissions assigned to them. Our access control system allows for precise and granular management, ensuring that each user accesses only the information and features relevant to their role.

With the new interface, project administrators can configure and manage permissions even more efficiently, directly from the Administration section. It is possible to manage various key entities within the system, such as Project, Site, Person, and Supplier, to tailor access to complex scenarios.

To better support this change, we have created updated and detailed documentation where you will find in-depth explanations of how the permission system works, use cases, and user guides.
