New 4HSE Update: Version 2.3.0 is Here

The new version of our management system has been released. Two main new features:

  • Introduction of existence periods
  • Update of personal data registry

Existence Periods

The existence period refers to the time span (how long and how often) a specific item has been part of our safety project.

The elements for which existence periods can be specified are:

  • Human resources
  • Material resources (environments, equipment, substances, PPE)

and all the prevention actions associated with them, such as:

  • Training
  • PPE
  • Health surveillance
  • Maintenance
  • Procedures

Additionally:

  • Work phases
  • Risks

The organizational approach we have decided to adopt is the parent-child model. Here’s an example:

Mario Rossi is a seasonal worker who worked during a specific period and was then hired on a permanent contract starting from 01/01/2020.

Let’s assume that during his employment period, the worker:

  • Worked in the Warehouse Management work phase
  • Attended a forklift operator training course
  • Took a general training course (4 hours)
  • Underwent a personal prescription protocol, which included being issued a high-visibility vest

These items are defined as child elements of the person, which is in turn the parent element.
This creates a hierarchy:

Mario Rossi

  • Warehouse Management
  • Forklift Operator Training
  • General Training (4 hours)
  • High-Visibility Vest

All these elements will have a specific existence period and will be displayed in the graph.

Personal Data Registry Update

We have updated the registry for workers to allow for the export of contact data, along with several other changes, including the addition of a Contacts tab in the People list, both for project and location, to streamline operations.

In the People menu, the Contacts tab is now visible and editable by selecting the relevant name (previously editable only from the worker’s profile). Additionally, a Notes field has been added to the Contacts section, which allows you to qualify the contact after determining the type.

Finally, the value field is now a simple text, making editing faster.

It is now possible to add the phone, mobile, and email columns to the People list and export the .csv of the registry.
