Notification recipients are determined by the configured roles and assignments. Can a near miss be reported anonymously? Yes. 4HSE allows near misses (incidents that could have caused harm but didn't) to be reported anonymously. Being able to report without identifying yourself lowers the resistance to communicating minor events, which are the ones most likely to go unreported. How is a corrective action linked to a reported event? You can link any event recorded in 4HSE to one or more existing actions from the safety plan as a corrective action.
