# Attendance Register and Folder Download in Version v2.41.0

Version 4HSE v2.41.0 introduces two significant features: the digital attendance register for courses and folder downloads in ZIP format. These functionalities enhance training and document management, simplifying the platform's user experience.

With version **v2.41.0**, a **digital attendance register** has been introduced, allowing you to manage course attendance easily and quickly, directly from your device.

## Digital Signature and Simplified Management

Simply right-click on the date of a course session and select **“Attendance Register”** to automatically generate a pre-filled document with:

-   Company details
-   The selected training course
-   Date and location of the session
-   The list of registered participants

For each participant, you can record their **check-in** and **check-out** times and allow them to digitally sign directly from the device.

### Data Saving and Printing

-   **Saving**: The entered data remains available and can be consulted anytime you access the session’s register.
-   **Printing**: Using the **“Print”** button, you can obtain a hard copy of the register with all details already filled in.

## Folder Download in ZIP Format

It is now possible to download **entire folders** directly from the filesystem.

### Procedure

1.  Access the project or site filesystem.
2.  Select a folder.
3.  Press the **“Download”** button.

The system will start a **ZIP preparation process**, the duration of which will depend on the folder’s size.

### Email Notification

Once the ZIP preparation is complete, an **email containing the download link for the folder** will be sent.  
**Note**: The link will be valid for **48 hours**.

To check the status of the ZIP preparation, you can access the **user menu** at the bottom left and click on **“Task”**, where all information related to the operation will be available.
