# Customizable Risk Assessment and Homogeneous Groups: Version 2.29.0 Released!

What’s new in 4HSE version 2.29.0: manage Homogeneous Groups and customize the Risk Assessment process to enhance workplace safety.

With the release of version 2.29.0, two important new features have been introduced: the addition of **Homogeneous Groups** and the ability to customize how **Risk Assessments** are carried out.

## Homogeneous Groups

Thanks to the new **Homogeneous Groups**, you can now **classify workers into groups** who share similar tasks or characteristics, and are therefore exposed to the same risks.

## Customizable Risk Assessment

Alongside this new feature, we’ve also “closed the loop” by giving companies the power to tailor the **risk assessment process** to their specific needs. You can now choose to perform the assessment based on:

-   **Work Phases**
-   **Job Roles**
-   **Homogeneous Groups**

This flexibility enables a more accurate and targeted risk analysis, helping improve safety management across the organization!
