New update: PPE delivery, distribution and deadlines

Release 4hse [v1.18.0] - PPE management

The new updates involved several areas:

• PPE
• new view in scheduler
• csv exports
• bug fixing

In addition to the ordinary activities of resolving any anomalies, the functionalities related to the sections have been expanded: DPI, new view in the schedule, csv exports.
Below is a brief overview of the new features relating to these areas.

PPE

Integrated the section of the Individual Protection Devices adding to the single device further attributes, the possibility of inserting a delivery date and an expiration date of the PPE to the single employee visible also from the Location and Person Schedule and advising the user, through the Suggestions, of possible changes to be made for a correct compilation.

NEW ATTRIBUTES

Three new fields have been added compared to the previous version.

USE

• personal use: PPE delivered to the individual employee for personal use
• disposable: disposable PPE
• mixed use: PPE made available to more than one employee

TYPE

Type of PPE, may take one of the following values:

• Protection of the respiratory tract
• Protection of upper limbs
• Protection of the eyes
• Protection of the hearing
• Protection of the head
• Protection of lower limbs
• Protection falls from height
• Skin and body protection
• Visibility

NOTES

Free entry field at the user's discretion.

DELIVERY AND EXPIRATION DATE

From the list of people associated with a PPE you can now enter the delivery date and expiration/withdrawal date for that device.

Once the date is set, it will be shown on the Location and Person Schedules.

TIPS

If a worker is associated with a risk origin or risk to which PPE is associated, the following checks are performed:

• PPE Prescription: if an employee is associated with a risk origin or risk to which the PPE is related and is not on the list of employees of that PPE, a warning is shown suggesting that that person be added to the list of persons of that PPE.
• PPE Delivery: if an employee does not have an IPR delivery date set, a warning is displayed to enter a delivery date for that employee.

NEW VIEW IN SCHEDULER

The office and person schedules have been revised by adding a new section "Deadlines" that presents a list of all the events with an imminent deadline. In particular, for each line it is possible to visualize

• expiration status icon:
  • validity period expired
  • validity periods close to expiration
• action status icon:
  • executed
  • planned
  • in progress
  • failed
  • cancelled

The events are editable also from this section by double-clicking on the corresponding line and filterable through the widget in the toolbar.
