Maintenance and safety organization chart
Released the new updates regarding the maintenance management and safety organization chart
We would like to inform you that the new version of the 4hse platform, version 1.17.0, has been released.
Release 4hse [v1.17.0]
The v1.17.0 release involved several areas:
- maintenance
- safety organization chart
- bug fixing
- Supervision (procedures and controls)
In addition to the ordinary operations of fixing small bugs and possible anomalies, three new management areas have been introduced: maintenance, security organization chart, supervision.
Below is a brief overview of the new features related to these areas.
MAINTENANCE
We have added a maintenance section where you can enter all the technical, administrative and management actions performed during the life cycle of an asset.
Now you can enter a maintenance plan for each equipment, work environment or PPE and for each maintenance plan you can schedule the respective maintenance orders.
These orders can be entered/viewed either from the detail of a maintenance plan or from the appropriate section within Maintenance.
Once these maintenance orders have been entered, their deadlines or in case the maintenance has already been carried out, the dates when the maintenance will be carried out, will be shown within the location's schedule.
SAFETY ORGANIZATION CHART
This functionality, available at site level, has the task to show the intermediate figures that are placed between the Employer and the workers, in order to guarantee the directives received in matter of safety and health of the workers.
It is possible to insert specific tasks or roles selecting the relative items of the drop-down menu provided for the insertion.
By inserting a specific task or role, selecting it and clicking on Associate Person, it is possible to choose from the people connected to the location and see who has been appointed to that role.
Once this is done, by selecting the desired person, it is possible to enter the start date of the mandate.
In case you need to, you can also set an end of term date.
Once this date is entered, an event will be generated on the schedule informing you of this deadline.
SUPERVISION
This section contains the prevention measures (procedures, interventions, controls) concerning the internal organization of a company.
This new management area is divided into:
- planned control procedures for specific resources
- reports on the outcome of the procedures/controls carried out. Each report has a date of execution and end of validity
The new section looks like a tree, where the first level contains the list of procedures, and by expanding each of them it is possible to view the related reports (second level).
Once inserted, the report date and the relative expiry date will be displayed on the schedule.
